Come to Loxahatchee Groves, tour Swank Specialty Produce hydroponic growing houses, then plant yourself at our “TABLE.”
Swank Farm produce is on top restaurant menus in the tri-county area, their booth at the WPB Green market is always busy and their CSA is taking new members. Come out to tour the farm, learn about their unique hydroponic all-natural growing system, and taste some delicious fresh vegetables & herbs.
Lunch will be prepared by award winning chef Dean Max of 3030 Ocean and 3800 Ocean. Chef Dean has been a strong supporter of local and artisan foods for years & his events have been extremely popular with our Slow Food members & friends
